Requirement:

• College degree or above 大专学历以上
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience for overseas customers三年以上计划工作经验
• Sound knowledge of BOM structures and material planning processes, domestic/ overseas supply chain lead-time 熟悉BOM的结构和材料计划流程，以及国内/国外供应商的供应链周期
• Good team working and cross-function communication skill with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing具有良好跨部门(特别是与生产,仓库,采购)沟通技巧和善于团队合作
• Have the experience to interface customer 有与客户沟通的经验
• Good English in writing and oral良好的英语书面和口头表达能力

Responsibility:

• Supply base and supplier management. 物料供应和供应商管理
• Material supply, purchasing and inventory management pertaining to Direct 直接物料的采购供应，库存管理
• According to customer order& current stock to calculate the MRP 根据供需状况检查并执行MRP结果
• Have a strong ability to handle any supplier delivery issue including But not limited pull in, push out 处理各种供货问题，包括订单改期
• Have a strong ability to handle any supplier logistics issue, including But not limited incoming package and shorts 处理各种物流问题，包含来料包装和短装的处理
• Payment follow up to ensure cash flow and on time delivery. 各种付款问题的跟踪解决
• Receive customer orders and perform purchase order review with each department, and confirm them in written form with customers within customer prescriptive time. 接受客户的订单并与组织各部门进行订单评审，在客户规定期限内与客户书面确认订单；
• To input SO into system accurately (the same day when order is confirmed) also finish the Excel sheet for update order and forecast information and inform to planner and buyer the same day. 把SO准确的输入系统（在订单确认的当天）；并将订单与预测的更新信息在当天整理成Excel表格及时反馈给计划与采购
• Ensure on time delivery and confirm the shipment date amendment with customers in the written form. Give logistic dept. the shipping notice on time in a stated term. 确保准时出货，提前与客户进行出货期修改的书面确认, 并将出货通知单在规定期限内准时交给物流部
• To deal with customer complain and keep the corresponding files in time.处理客户的抱怨及按时做好相关的文件存档工作
• To invest the customer satisfaction survey annually, and keep in archives (send the survey out in the 1st week of December and collect back all the replies by 4th week of December) 每年进行客户的满意度调查，并存档（每年十二月的***周发出，第四周收回）
• Update the next week forecast orders every Friday 每周更新下周的预测订单
• Other task arranged by manager经理安排的其它任务
