岗位描述:

1.熟练操作厨房各个工作岗位 面团，披萨，意面，沙拉

2.培训新员工及现有的团队成员，以达到马上诺的标准；

3.按步骤完成各阶段计划、测验并及时更新培训记录；

4.与后厨培训师以及经理一起培训新菜单；

5.为公司厨房管理标准的实施提供支持；

6.管理厨房的各个环节及操作标准并且将需改进处报告给餐厅厨师长；

7.在任何时候都须遵循餐厅的所有系统以及流程，包括最低/高库存量的实施；

8.确保遵循所有的配方要求，并协助管理层一同控制食物成本和浪费率，从而为餐厅的盈利作出贡献

9.能承担各项披萨师的相关职责：

job responsibilities

1.high proficiency in each boh position dough, pizza, pasta, salad

2.by training new staffs and coaching current team members to pizza marzano standards

3.by completing step plans, quizzes and keeping training records updated

4.by training new menu with back of house trainer and manager

5.by supporting the implementation of company standards for back of house team

6.by monitoring all sections and standards of the kitchen and report improvements to senior pizzaiolo

7.by following all restaurant systems and processes at all times, including implementation of par levels

8.by contributing to your restaurant’s profitability, by ensuring you follow all recipes and through working with the management team to monitor and control food costs and wastage

9.by undertaking all accountabilities, as detailed below, for pizzaiolo

岗位要求：

1.5年以上西餐厨房工作经验，2年以上厨房管理经验；

2.工作努力、积极，有较强的上进心，善于学习；

3.有良好的卫生习惯，有团队合作精神。
