PILATES

- Must be Classically and Contemporary certified in all Pilates apparatus by an internationally recognized training organization;

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience; experience with all populations including Elderly and Rehab a plus;

- Conduct Private and group Pilates classes;

- Run Pilates Trio sessions for multiple clients;

- Design programmes to advance client learning;

XTEND BARRE

- Must be fully certified in Xtend Barre with Certification to teach in a licensed studio

- Dance background and knowledge of dance terminology

- Experience teaching multiple populations
