Pharmacy Business Development Manager will be responsible for working closely with the BU Brand Manager and will be directly responsible for managing Retail channels (Wholesalers and Pharmacies) and building trade marketing activity in all strategic accounts.

• Specifically work with the Brand team of BU and gain a full understanding of the brand, market and channel. Deliver insight driven to BU to address commercial issue
• Developing a cohesive-strategic plans that will combine all promotional plans and materials from Brand Marketing teams for retail channel. Evaluate and manage promotional activities
• Develop trade promotional strategy and activities for retail channel
• Monitor, evaluate and record competitor trade activity within the channel
• Organize symposium for retail customer in conjunction with brand team
• Support BU brand team to develop BOP for retail channel
• Localize Brand Operational Plan from Area (if any) and ensure effective implementation of the country brand operational plans and monitor against agreed KPI.
• Responsible for retail channel performance and development.
• Responsible for the management of team’s budget and brands’ A&P spend.
• Works with Field Force, BU Marketing and medical to develop key stakeholders & KOLs through scientific programs and engagement
• Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats;
• Adherence to AZ global policy for external interaction, code of conduct and industry code of marketing practices.
