Job Description
Our client is a small-scale company located on HK island. They are looking for a cheerful and responsible candidate to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the president in both business activities and personal matter
- Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients
- Assist in handling office administration duties
- Organizing and maintaining files, records and other materials
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Support occasional personal assistant tasks
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in administrative/secretical role
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good team player, detail-minded with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in SMEs
- Experience working in a small-scale company
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility at work
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Past personal assistance experience is preferred but not required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
