Job Description
Our client is a well-established real estate and property developer in Singapore with a tangible presence in Cambodia in construction, property development and agriculture. We are pleased to partner them in the search for the right talent for the role of Personal Assistant / Chief Finance Officer. The incumbent will be reporting to the company's Managing Director and work closely with him on the company's operations in Singapore and Cambodia.
Responsbilities
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Manage Director’s appointments & calendar of activities
- Prepare meetings presentation materials and minutes taking
- Handle flight and hotel arrangements
- Responsible for the coordination of logistics for company events/meetings
- Handle Director’s expenses (Company & personal expenses) including calculation, payment schedule, reporting, filing and follow up payments
- Assist to vet through legal documents on behalf of the Director
- Liaise with local authorities and bankers in both Singapore and Cambodia
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Finance / CFA with Degree in Business
- Minimum 3 years of relevant secretarial and financial analysis experience preferred
- Strong in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess good business writing and presentation skills
- Prior experience in areas of Property Sales & Marketing/Agriculture sector preferred
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Well organized, good interpersonal skills, possess initiative and a team player
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Based in Singapore office but able to travel (70%) on a weekly basis to Cambodia
