Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the president in both business activities and personal matter
  • Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients
  • Assist in handling office administration duties
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records and other materials
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
  • Support occasional personal assistant tasks
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in administrative role
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, good team player, detail-minded with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility at work
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Past personal assistance experience is preferred but not required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
