Cook Beyond is a food solutions based startup building on a foundation of offering flexible licensed kitchen rental for food startups, budding chefs and anyone in need of a kitchen to start or continue their food business journey.

Our goal is to maximise the potential of every person, company or products that are looking to find a way through the saturated and competitive food industry in Hong Kong.  Needless to say, our main goal is the provide solutions throughout the supply chain of a food business, from sourcing ingredients, providing a licensed kitchen for product creation, and eventually finding sales and distribution channels to sell products or related services.

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant and Administrative Officer joining a high-paced and fast growing Food Solutions Start-Up, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt and take ownership with tasks at hand. With exciting growth opportunities ahead, we are looking for a passionate individual who is optimistic and ready to be a part of an expanding team. Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide full-spectrum support with scheduling, itinerary planning and calendar management to Founders
  • Provide office operations support including but not limited to: administrative activities, arranging appointments and maintaining supplies for daily operations
  • Manage daily workflows and assignments timely and independently
  • Assist Founders with various projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Coordinate and procure the right resources required for ongoing assignments
  • Assist in hiring and interview scheduling
  • Maintain an effective digital and physical filing system

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese
  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • Comfortable with excel
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Reliable, organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Any secretarial qualifications a plus!
