Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Personal assistant to Director
  • Support marketing, filing documents, HR & Office Admin
  • Collect and prepare information for use in both internal and external organizations.  
  • Handles details of a confidential and critical nature.
  • Other ad-hoc business tasks assigned by Director.

 

Qualification

  • Good communication skills with both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Demonstrate extend experience use of MS Office applications: Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a big plus.
  • Chinese Typing
  • 1-2 years working experience.
  • Responsible, proactive, independent, detail-minded, and well-organized
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
