Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Personal assistant to Director
- Support marketing, filing documents, HR & Office Admin
- Collect and prepare information for use in both internal and external organizations.
- Handles details of a confidential and critical nature.
- Other ad-hoc business tasks assigned by Director.
Qualification
- Good communication skills with both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Demonstrate extend experience use of MS Office applications: Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a big plus.
- Chinese Typing
- 1-2 years working experience.
- Responsible, proactive, independent, detail-minded, and well-organized
- Immediate available is highly preferred
