Mission & Main Tasks:

The target of Audi China HR Governance & Process team is to bring all major HR core competencies together, build-up strong connections across HR sub departments with clear Business Process & Policies, provide holistic HR Governance and operation approach to better support the execution of Audi China HR strategy successfully based on integrated data and facts inside or outside of the organization.

We call it: "Bring Sustainability for the Long-run"

This position will be hired under the HR Governance & Process team, focus on Performance Management, Grading Evaluation and HR Business KPI tracking and improvement.


Job Duties:

  • Performance Management.

a. Develop the Performance Management Strategy/System based on the Group guideline and local practice.

b. Utilize Target Setting Matrix, support BU on the goal setting, ensure the performance goal linked with Business Strategy, break the silo-thinking for the goal setting.

c. Provide the performance management communication and coaching guideline, to better ensure the awareness and ability of our Managers. (SMART Principle, PM communication, structure feedback, improvement plan).

This is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of performance management in the organization.

d. Conduct the performance evaluation, semi-year and year-end, define the vitality curve (PE force distribution).

e. Build-up the linkage with rewards. (C&B, Talent Development and Succession Planning)

f. Promote the High-Performance Organization Culture, including but not limited to clear and consistent goals, a highly trusted team and achievement and growth atmosphere.

g. Improve the effectiveness of Performance Management System.


  • Grading:

a. In depth of understanding of Volkswagen Group Worldwide principle and Audi China philosophy in terms of organization and grading

b. Check JDs and conduct function interviews in line with those principle and methodology

c. Functional grading evaluation

d. Align with VCIC for the final results

e. Analyze function grading results with HR BP together

f. Communicate final function grading with Business functions properly

g. Give functional grading result input in SAP


  • HR KPI Monitoring

a. Implementation and tracking mechanism, review of the HR business KPIs of the department.

b. Jointly define KPIs with each KPI with owners

c. Support the KPIs cascading to team/individuals.

d. Track and review the implementation status.

e. Ensure the HR KPIs fully adapted into all HR business process.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.

Professional skills:

  • At least 3-5 years working experience, preferred HR consulting experience, or corporate HR in automotive industry
  • Proficiency in MS office, especially PPT skills
  • Project design, monitoring and control, project management basis
  • Consulting processes and instruments

Personal skills:

  • Analytical thinking and Problem solving skills
  • Full motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Convincing ability and assertiveness
  • Quality and results orientation
  • Quick learner and adoption ability

Language skills :

  • Excellent English both in speaking and writing
  • Fluent German as a plus
