Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage HR systems covering data update, export, report generation, data analysis, etc. Collect and consolidate employee movement information and maintain system accordingly.
  • Provide HR functions with relevant data to ensure the interface with each function. Manage employee on boarding & off-boarding process.
  • Involved in projects and program by setting up a good rapport with internal function and external stakeholders such as Global System Implementation, etc.
  • Provide end to end people operation support to well manage the employees’ life cycle in Takeda.
  • Work as a contact window to the employee to answer the different quires.
  • Support team members of HR for admin work.
  • 7.Miscellaneous tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong capability of data analysis l
  • Strong logical thinking
  • Good command of Excel, Word, PPT
  • Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing. (TOEFL 570 or CET6 and above.)
  • Strong communication and coordination capability. l Good learning agility with innovation mind set
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
  • 1-2 years of related working experiences. The project experience in workday is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, major in HR Management or Psychology is Preferred.
