Job Responsibilities:

• To develop T&O people strategy, Journey, Engagement and Learning as well as to drive and monitor the implementation
• Strategize and champion to ideate, produce initiatives that best support culture journey, people and engagement objectives.
• Act as a role model and coach for our Culture and Values and help build an inclusive and diverse working environment.
• Establish an emotional connection for employees, execs, and the organization as whole, through targeted focus groups, dialogues, events, experiences, storytelling and acting as a liaison between employees and executives to ensure Employee Voice is heard at all levels
• Infuse DBS Culture and Values into hiring practices, job interviews and JDs, orientation day, onboarding and training.
• Drive, manage and support projects. Support MIS reporting verification.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Undergraduate degree
• Understanding of banking operations preferred
• A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in people engagement, journey
• Demonstrated Data analysis, Critical thinking and innovative mindset
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
