We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Pension Administration Manager .
Principal responsibilities
- Deliver administration services to pensions customers covering end-to-end processes e.g. enrolment, contributions, transfers and terminations, monitoring performance and to meet SLA.
- Participate in the pensions projects, to coordinate and contribute in different workstreams.
- Participate at programme level to ensure fulfillment of the project deliverables and achieves the benefits for the project as mandated.
- Support other projects as required that may include typical tasks like project management, define and review of user requirements, functional specification, test cases in performing user acceptance testing etc.
- Assist to run the project team at all times in an effective and efficient manner, thereby facilitating a challenging and rewarding environment for the team.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree holder, experience in banking sector especially MPF and ORSO Ordinance and Regulations
- Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity
- Demonstrated ability to create and drive large scale programmatic change in large organisations
- Excellent good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytic ability and able to make sensible business judgment
- Able to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
