1. Completion of nursing education.
2. Updated Chinese nursing licensure
3. Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience in Pediatric or NICU nursing preferred.
4. Candidates with overseas nursing experience or experience working in a joint venture facility will have priority.
5. Nursing knowledge and skills that meet requirements based on specific clinical needs
