• Strong working knowledge in payroll activities- Korea payroll Preferable
• Should be comfortable in Korean, Chinese and English Language - Fluent in Korea language
• Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
• Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s
• Experience in handling customer escalations.

• Responsible for process monthly payroll process for Korea and China including salary, termination payment, accounting related supporting etc.
• Responsible for monthly statutory payment, such as withholding tax, insurance and pension
• Responsible for employee requests on time, including salary related questions, leave etc.

Education and Experience Required

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores. – Bachelor degree or above
• 5 to 6 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in payroll.
• Minimum 1 year of Korea payroll experience, familiar with Korea local policy and related knowledge

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
