Your Impact

• Accountable for execution of monthly employee payroll timely and accurately via company payroll system.
• Payroll accounting & reconciliation
• Respond to complex queries related to payroll and social insurance calculation from managers and employees referred by Transactional Shared Service employee.
• Process social insurance, Housing fund, overtime, benefit and allowance etc.
• Generate monthly reports and related analysis
• Other tasks assigned by line Manager

Our Needs

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education Requirements.
• BS degree (or equivalent) information system/ statistics related is a plus.
• Number of years of overall experience required and in what general area.
• 1-2 years working experience in operating in payroll/HRIS system environment
• Specific technical requirements
• Good understanding of government regulations and employment labor law related to payroll & social insurance handling
• Strong ownership & sensitivity in data management
• Logical thinking and process orientation
• Independent worker with strong execution
• Skillful in IT skill; MS office, data base is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• English (written and spoken)
