Payroll Administration Officer (Job ID: 2528)
Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to payroll operations and tax reporting
- To perform payroll related analysis and reporting
- To handle enquires and provide human resources services to internal customers
- To assist in enhancement tasks for operational needs and process improvement
- To support ad hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder with minimum 2 years of solid working experience in payroll or HRM
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Prior experience in using HR systems is preferred
- Pleasant, meticulous, detail-oriented, good logical thinking and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
