Job Title: RnP Quality Analyst

Primary Job Responsibilities

RnP Quality Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical solution for global Resolution and Protections (RnP) Services to implement, enhance and govern the queue intelligence strategy for global dispute/claims, chargeback, buyer abuse and email workflows. The prospect is to balance the loss saving, customer experience, operation efficiency and resource demands to reach the optimal point. This role requires strong data and analytical skills, effective communication, and familiarity with BI development systems.

Job Requirements:

• Conduct sophisticated quantitative analysis and drive deep data-driven business insights for critical decision making.

• Establish comprehensive measurement framework and monitoring capability to identify opportunity in servicing strategy and channel effectiveness.

• Set up processes and framework for responding to data/system issues with cross functional teams in a timely manner.

• Partner with multiple team to identify business opportunity and build business solution from policy and operation perspectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Master or equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer and Engineering.

• Proficient in manipulating large and complex datasets through statistical software, such as Python/SQL/ R.

• Has strong data analytics background, knowledge of statistical modeling and data mining.

• Highly skilled in drawing relevant conclusion from analyses; relating analyses to business outcomes and strategic goals. Experience in data science, decision science and quantitative optimization are preferred.

• Experienced with report analysis and development using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, QlikView. Able to pick up new programming skills quickly.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in case management, queue prioritization and resource optimization are big plus.

• Experience in Resolution and Protection service is a big plus.
