We are seeking a Patent Clearance Professional to oversee the conduct of patent clearance searches. This individual will work closely with our patent attorneys, agents, product managers, and engineers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Patent Searching for Clearance and Freedom to Operate
• Invalidity searching
• Patentability searching
• Management of Clearance Process

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering or science discipline, and 3 or more years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specifically, at least 3 years of experience in: patent searching or patent prosecution in a comparable in-house position, external position in a patent law firm, or combination of the both.
• Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and be a contributing member of the team.
