Job Description
  • To maintain a high standard of food presentation and quality of product.

保证食品出品和产品质量的高标准。

  • Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.

在饼房运作方面支持饼房厨师长的工作,保证提供高效率的服务。

  • Participates in making food requisitions.

根据要求参与制作服务。

  • Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.

在指导下进行所有食品的准备工作。

  • Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.

确保安全、正确的使用西饼房的设备、工具和机器。

  • Be sure that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.

确保制服干净、整洁

  • Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.

参加所有相应级别的培训。

  • Buffets decoration items and show pieces

完成自助餐的装饰工作。

  • Responsible for the pastry talent  hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas

负责饼房厨师工作区域和存储区域的卫生、防疫、整洁。

  • Assist with the receiving and storage of pastry goods.

协助接收和储存饼房物品.

  • Assist pastry chef with the preparation presentation and storage of pastry.

协助厨师长做好出品的准备工作和食品的储存工作。

  • High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking

高中学历,或正规糕点烘焙学校学习

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel

至少24年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验

  • Acknowledged managerial skills     

具有相关管理技能

  • Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines      

了解,熟悉HACCP知识

 

Competencies技能

 

  • Communication skills for all levels of talent/guests, confident, clear English
