To assist the Chef de Partie in the daily operation to produce high quality products to their best knowledge. Train subordinates on food production, Marriott international standards, 46 point hygiene rules and regulations, hotel standards and to follow hotel policies and procedures.

Profile of Competency工作能力:
？ Minimum of 6 years experience, 5* Hotel experience is an advantage 6年以上工作经验，拥有5星级酒店工作经验优先考虑
