Position: Passive Networking PM (Dongguan)

？ Product focus: Fiber solution including fiber installation cable, patch cord, FTTx, ODF.

？ Responsible to find new products and new suppliers

？ Carry out price negotiations and price evaluations.

？ Work together with the suppliers’ R&D department and new products.

？ Check the compliance for European standards including CE, CPR, RoHS, REACH.

？ Prepare and maintain datasheets, product drawings, product description and price information.

？ Maintain quality of deliveries according to the company’s quality plan.

？ Execute parts of the purchasing process according to the Company’s standard procedures.

？ Acting as the main supplier contact window in Asia to propose new products for phasing-in.

？ Maintain knowledge with the product development trends for product roadmap planning.

？ Responsible for product functionality testing.

？ Need to work with artwork team for customization including manual, housing and packaging

？ Needs to deal with commercial term with suppliers including price negotiation, payment term and RMA handling.

？ Responsible for Passive Networking Product groups including copper installation cable, patch cable, keystones, patch panels, PDU and cabinet.

？ Needs to have problem solving skills to troubleshoot technical issue together with supplier’s engineering team.

？ Responsible for coordinating with QC team and managing suppliers to deliver QC-PASS goods on-time.
