1. Leading Parts' manufacturing department with parts' manufacturing, painting
2. Control parts' quality, ensure quality continuous improvements
3. Ensure EHS requirements and all legal/governance requirements
4. Controlling and steering the parts' manufacturing productivity, efficiency, costs and other KPIs on regular base - -Parts' manufacturing process optimization by HGPS and Lean methods - Implement good maintenance for all equipment
5. Workshop management, improve the workshop environment (i.e. 5S)
6. Parts' manufacturing department human resources management, develop assembly staff skills, motivate assembly employees & follow-up worked hours & overtime in cooperation with HR department
7. Participating in product developments projects, contributing to Footprint / Production strategy
