AiShang English Training School is in wenjiang distric of Chengdu city of sichuan province China, is a professional English training school. Since the establishment in 2009 we have developed and offer two types of education: small-size classes that primarily focus on task-based teaching methodology and VIP one-on-one type classes. We are persistent on hiring full-time professional teachers that are required to pass the all-round two month long training which we provide; we also provide meticulous teaching management and after-class development support; ask parents to participate in teaching service evaluation - all for the purpose to ensure that we are constantly improving the quality of our services. We create an environment where students learn English in a fun and most efficient way that guides them into achieving consistent breakthroughs all their future.

1. Teaching English courses for children aged 3-15, and designing and developing English courses for children aged 3-15;

2. Keep communication with students and parents to ensure teaching quality and improve class renewal rate;

3. Design and display open courses in accordance with the market;

4. Participated in teaching and research activities, wrote relevant teaching documents, and submitted all kinds of teaching materials in time;

5. Cooperate with other work of the school and the department.

We will help the teacher to get the work visa ,So we need these requirements :

1) Native English speaker or first language is English

2) minimum Bachelor's degree

3)Certificate of teacher qualification (TEFL /TESOL) OR proof of more than 2 years of teaching experience

4)Police clearance

5) Medical clearance

1) Two off days a week (Sunday、Monday or Monday、Tuesday )

2) Work 5 days a week for 8 hours a day

3) Holidays : Except the weekend off days ,There will be 3days’ national day, 1 days’ labors' day, 1 days' dragon festival, 1 days’ tomb sweeping day, 1 days’ mid- autumn festival, 1 days‘new year holiday ,3 days’ spring festival. All of these are paid holidays.

4) After one year work in our school and we can sign one more year contract ,Party B can get 5days holiday with salary in next year.

5) There is a 15-day family visit or travel holiday each year, without pay and ask for leave in 2 weeks advance.

1)Basic salary is 12000-14000 RMB each month(The specific salary will be determined according to work experience after the interview and the demo class .

2) We provide Free western style apartment for our teachers

3)Provide accident and hospitalization insurance

4)After one year work in our school，we will give 4000rmb bonus ,and if we can sign one more year contract , school will provide 4000 RMB as a bonus.
