Job Responsibilities
Project analysis: Strictly follow the project analysis plan provided by the company to complete tasks, ensuring the quality and progress of the analysis.
Problem solving: Being able to independently solve problems encountered during the analysis process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Review and modification: After the report is delivered, take the opinions of the review team seriously and make timely modifications and improvements.
Customer requirement handling: Actively cooperate with customer needs and personalized additions after project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
Educational background: Master's and doctoral students from universities around the world or researchers working in research institutions.
personal ability:
1. Proficient in using R language and able to operate Linux operating system;
2. Proficient in analyzing various types of projects (Part 1):
(1) TCGA and GEO data mining, including but not limited to diagnostic and prognostic models;
(2) Single cell full process data analysis;
(3) Spatial transcriptome data analysis;
(4) Microbial metagenomics and 16S bioinformatics analysis;
(5) Multi group student information analysis: transcriptome, proteome, metabolome, etc;
(6) Imaging omics data analysis;
(7) Medical clinical databases: analysis of databases such as Nhanse, Charls, MIMIC-III, MIMIC-IV, Seer, etc;
(8) Mendelian randomization analysis;
(9) Mendelian analysis of drug targets.
Personal qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, ambitious, able to withstand work pressure.
Literature reading ability: Possess a certain level of literature reading ability, able to quickly obtain and apply the latest research results.
