Job Description
Established by the Government in 1989, The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) has five schools, namely the School of Arts & Social Sciences, Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration, School of Education & Languages, School of Science & Technology, and the Li Ka Shing Institute of Professional & Continuing Education. Through them, we have been providing full-time face-to-face learning as well as open and flexible learning at degree, higher degree, and sub-degree levels.
Today we have over 10,000 distance learning students and 9,000 full-time students at OUHK with more than 220 programmes of studies. Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointees will mainly be responsible for following ofr for the course PUAD A222F Introduction to Public Administration.

- planning, development and delivery of the postgraduate / undergraduate programme(s);
- lecturing and tutoring, preparing lecture notes, grading of assignments and examination scripts, and;
- conducting other teaching activities
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- a higher degree, preferably an earned doctorate, in political science or a relevant discipline.
- teaching / professional experience; relevant teaching experience at tertiary level would be an advantage.
The appointee will be required to conduct classes on weekday evenings or Saturday/Sunday from September 2019 to January 2020, and will teach not more than 4 hours per week for each course. For further details, please contact Dr. Michael Ng (E-mail: cmng@ouhk.edu.hk).
Compensation Package
