Job Description
Established by the Hong Kong Government in 1989, OUHK today has developed into a young, dynamic, full-fledged university. Course Title:
Clinical Nursing [General Health Care] (III)

Course Contents
Clinical Nursing [General Health Care] (III) (NURS N252CF) is one of the core courses of the Higher Diploma in Nursing Studies (General Health Care). It is the extension of Clinical Nursing [General Health Care] (I) (NURS N151CF) and Clinical Nursing [General Health Care] (II) (NURS N251CF). While NURS N151CF and NURS N251CF are concentrated on basic and general nursing, NURS N252CF is more focus on specialty nursing.
Major Duties and responsibilities
The appointees shall mainly responsible for the following:
- marking test and examination papers; and
- preparing evaluation reports on students’ performance.
Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- a Master’s degree in Nursing or a related discipline;
- licensed by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong to practice as a Registered Nurse; and
- relevant teaching/professional experience in the areas of Adult Nursing, Mental Health Nursing or other Clinical Nursing Specialties is an advantage.
The medium of instruction of this course is Cantonese.
Duration of Appointment
The duration of the appointment is from September 2019 to January 2020.
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
