Job Description
Established by the Hong Kong Government in 1989, OUHK today has developed into a young, dynamic, full-fledged university. We began offering full-time face-to-face programmes since 2001 and currently have about 10,000 full-time and 9,000 part-time students in the five Schools at the OUHK with about 220 programmes of studies. In addition, there are about 2,000 full-time/part-time students studying in LiPACE.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointees shall mainly be responsible for the following:
- planning, development and delivery of the undergraduate programmes.
- lecturing & tutoring, writing lecture notes, grading of assignments and examination scripts; and
- conducting other teaching activities for the following course(s).
Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Creative Advertising and Media Design
CAMD A300F New Media Culture
Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess teh following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- a recognized higher degree in communication, advertising, new media or a related discipline with a focus on the digital culture;
- should also demonstrate relevant teaching/professional experience; and
- preference will be given to those with teaching experience at tertiary level.
The appointees will be required to conduct classes on weekdays during daytime on campus from January to April 2020, and will teach not more than 8 hours per week for each course. For further details, please contact Dr Vicky Ho (E-mail: wikho@ouhk.edu.hk).
Compensation Package
Successful candidate(s) will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
