Job Responsibilities:

• Attends cruises for crews or guests visiting doctor and hospitalization
• Handles passengers' inquiries and requests
• Works closely with Customer Support Team and Operations Team
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Effective communicator with good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Customer focus, good interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Willing to outdoor work
