Responsibilities:
Provide professional counselling service for students in need and prepare regular reports;
Conduct survey among all students with relevant major sets of psychological tests like Depression, Anxiety, Stress Syndrome (DASS), MBTI, Eneagram, etc;
Analyze relevant data, ascertain students’ personal growth needs, and consult relevant stakeholders like the students concerned, relevant teaching staff, and the Student Development Office for designing appropriate activities and workshops;
Develop plans and introduce relevant measures for students’ continual development and growth; and
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Counselling or Psychology;
3-year post-qualifiation experience in counselling youth and young adults, preferably in the setting of tertiary institutions or youth centres;
Preferably with training and qualifications in self-understanding and personality instruments such as Personality Dimension or MBTI; and
Strong self-initiative and team spirit.
