Part-time Clerical Assistant
The CUHK Business School is a leading global business school in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Office of Taught Postgraduate Programmes, the appointee will be responsible for (a) providing clerical support to the taught postgraduate admission exercise; (b) assisting in the daily operations of the office; (c) liaising with departmental and programme staff; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skill; (iii) proficiency in computer applications, in particular MS Excel; (iv) the ability to meet deadlines and handle a large volume of documents and admission applications; (v) attentiveness to details and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will be made on a contract basis for up to 1 year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
