月薪5,000 - 7,000元
  • 集团旗下各公司证照的变更、新增、注销等办理(具体操作由公司委托的第三方中介代办,该岗位主要是与中介协调提供所需材料等);
  • 协助搜索更新的法律法规;
  • 用印管理;
  • 其它法务经理接待的工作;
  • Coordinate with external agency and provide support to the company and all its China affiliates and branch offices with respect to company set-up and liquidation, organizational re-structuring, management change, and other registration matter changes.
  • Assist searching revised and updated laws and regulations when needed.
  • Stamping management.
  • Other service and secretary support assigned by Legal Manager.

  • Qualifications:
    1.具有行政或财务或法务相关工作经验,具有法律专业相关背景优先考虑;
    2.具备一定的英语看和写的能力;
    3.能稳定提供平均每周3天时间;
    1. School student studying in Legal related major.
    2. Good English in written and reading.
    3. Be able to provide 3 part-time days per week.
