HK$80-100 per hour (Depends on experience)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Higher or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in MYOB is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Main Duties:
- Administer financial matters relating to time-limited grants.
- Perform general accounting duties and book-keeping with respect to payable, receivable and general ledgers, invoices and receipts verification.
- Prepare journal vouchers, financial reports and account reconciliation for month-end closing and year-end closing in compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Explain the relevant ordinances and liaise with insurers and stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be arranged to work from Monday to Friday weekly (9:00 am to 1:00 pm). Actual working hours will be subject to operational needs as mutually agreed.
