iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS) is looking for part-time Recruiters to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Department in our Beijing Headquarters, for a short term project.
The part time recruiter is dedicated to develop and execute recruiting plans in order to reach suitable applicants in your country.
As a member of the recruiting team, you will have the opportunity to ensure our department is functional and operating accordingly to fulfill all project requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize Internet for recruitment.
- Manage global job and sourcing platforms in your country
- Publish job openings in your country
- Source CVs and applicants through different platforms/channels
- Contribute to fulfill all Russian market requirements
- Report data; communicate feedback and issues to the Project Manager

Qualifications:
- Dutch native speaker from Belgium
- Proficient level in English
- Web literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working online and odd shifts (ams/pms)
- Comfortable with flexible working schedules
- Professional in manner and presentation
