Salary: 200RMB - 250RMB per hour (depending on teaching experience)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced English instructors to join our team at Mudanyuan. As an English instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare dynamic and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs and learning objectives of individual students or small groups.
Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters language acquisition.
Utilize a variety of teaching resources, materials, and activities to enhance student learning outcomes.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (TESOL/TEFL certification preferred).
Proven experience teaching English as a second language to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
