Paralegal

Requirements:

- applicants must be a law degree holder - preferably qualified in US Bar or in Common Law

• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in written and oral English;
• Ability to prepare legal/corporate documents in English and Chinese
• Solid experience in IPOs and M&A transactions and the capability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as the position may involve frequent business travel

- applicant must be diligent, motivated and committed

• Possess strong common sense and good inter-personal skills
• previous relevant experience in other law firms will be advantageous
