Job Objective:

Support and enable business growth both long-term and short-term, by reviewing and providing preliminary advice under the guidance of relative managing counsels to ensure the compliance with local regulations and the company policy, with respect to Ethic Compliance, Trademark search, adventure projects, contract management and corporate governance.

Key Results Areas:

• Raise red flag timely with adequate, clear explanations on ‘why’ and ‘what implication’, alert to the business team
• Provide recommendable solution to minimize the identified legal risk
• Timely manage bottler board related matter
• Efficiently support BU Counsel to drive ethic culture in GC&K BU

Key Responsibilities:

• Take lead in discussion with, and support the drive of the ethic culture in GC&K BU. Provide case study and trainings, drive Securimate and GDAT process and support code investigation;
• Trademark search and analysis based on Chinese Trademark regulation, proactively co-work with KO/external TM counsels, mainly for trademark clearance process, and for handling other ordinary trademark matters. Manage to conduct preliminary trademark search and provide legal analysis and advice to marketing and e-commerce;

· Support adventure projects initiated by digital and innovation under the guidance of manager and BU Counsel. Participate adventure project meeting, provide preliminary legal advice and ensure legal compliance of these projects; · Take leading role in contract management and digitalization. Ensure the successful implementation of CLM, provide coaching and training in the entire GCK BU, responsible for routine management and contract & legal document filing; · Manage China related board approval and meeting;

• Provide support to manager and BU Counsel when necessary and required.

Knowledge & Experience:

§ Over 3-5 years solid experience in law firm or in-house legal work

§ Excellent communications and presentation skills both in Mandarin and English

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in law

Language Requirements:

§ Proficient in spoken & written Mandarin and English
