What you will do：

Be
a member of APAC Corp Sec team under the APAC Law Department;

Be
responsible for managing corp sec work for JCI China entities (such as document
preparation and filing for company establishment, change and liquidation;
liaising with internal business and external filing agent; maintaining
corporate records etc.);

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Assist
in Corp Sec work for other APAC entities;

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Provide
assistance on the legal operation of the APAC Law Department;

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Other
work as designated by line manager.

What we look for：

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Over
5 years' relevant experience in law firms, consulting firms or in-house legal
teams in MNCs;

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Fluent in English and Chinese speaking and
writing;

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Good
communication skills, teamwork ability, clear thinking, attention to details
and efficient implementation;

l0 level1 lfo1">l
Good
computer skills (excel, PPT etc.)

Hold
a bachelor degree, legal background is preferred
