Tesla Motors is looking for GA EHS specialist for our GF-3 project located in Lingang Shanghai. The position is responsible for overall EHS management in GA from construction phase to operation phase. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

工作职责Responsibility：

• Achieve continuous improvement and operationalization of EHS procedures, tools, practices to ensure compliance with Tesla and national requirements，provide EHS information and technical consulting to staff at all levels in workshop推进工作现场的环境健康安全的持续改进以符合特斯拉及国家相关要求，制定环境健康安全方面的标准要求并为车间员工相应的信息及帮助。
• Implement Tesla L.I.F.E program management，create a no L.I.F.E incident work environment. 推进特斯拉L.I.F.E管理计划，营造无L.I.F.E事故的工作环境。
• Multiple contractors‘ EHS management in area from construction phase to operation phase.对区域内的承包商进行全面的环境健康安全管理。
• Organize workshop process line EHS review and acceptance, within program guidelines/GB codes to minimize facility‘s EHS risks（including machine guarding，electrical，fall，LOTO，mobile equipment，industrial hygiene，Ergo，etc）. 组织车间设备的环境健康安全回顾及设备验收，降低设施设备的环境健康安全风险（机械防护，电气，高坠，挂牌上锁，移动设备，工业卫生，人机工程等）。
• Organize EHS risk identification & assessment and implement countermeasures (elimination, substation, engineering, administration , PPE) to reduce risk in workshop. 组织车间健康环境安全风险辨识和评估并建立相应等级（消除，替代，工程，管理及PPE）的控制措施。
• Organize and coordinate EHS training program for workshop employees，guide all employees to be competent in EHS field.组织协调车间的培训计划，指导区域员工使其具备EHS能力。
• Conduct routinely EHS activities in workshop to continue improvement EHS management including EHS committee meeting，EHS audit & inspection，FIFI，etc.组织定期的EHS活动，包括EHS管理会议，定期检查/审核,FIFI活动等。
• Organize area incident investigation and root cause analysis，guide area to develop the correctives actions and prevention action.组织区域内事件调查和根本原因分析，指导区域制定纠正与预防措施。
• Lead all environmental compliance initiatives (hazardous waste, air emissions, water, etc.).领导区域内危废，废水废气等管理，确保环境合规。
• Coordinate all emergency plan and drill in area.协调区域内的应急计划及演练。

任职要求Qualification：

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering;
• 健康或安全相关专业学士学位；
• Know OSHA and China EHS requirements.了解OHSA及中国的环境健康安全标准；
• Certified safety engineer certificate and automotive experience preferred
• 安全工程师及汽车行业经验优先；
• Knowledge of safe of machinery，LOTO，driving safety.了解机械安全，挂牌上锁，驾驶安全。
• 3-5year Automotive experience；3-5年汽车行业工作经验
• Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).较强的计算机运用能力（Excel，PPT，Project软件）；
