How will you make an impact?
What you will do
- Leadership and strategy development of improvements in network packaging quality initiatives
- Leadership and strategy development for the standardization of global packaging standards
- Consultation on quality related packaging deviations and complaints.
- Collaboration with network sites regarding packaging quality issues
- Collaboration with network quality, regulatory, engineering, purchasing, and PPI teams on packaging quality improvements
- A moderate amount of travel up to 25-30% is necessary to support this role.

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Engineer role in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
Knowledge Required:
Successful candidate should possess the following knowledge and/or experience:
- Broad expertise in pharmaceutical quality in the pharmaceutical or related field such as consumer or food and beverage industries
- Leadership experience
- Packaging validation principles
- Experience with Quality tools (e.g. FMEA, root cause analysis)
- Data integrity principles
- Good Manufacturing Practices
- English proficiency
- Client communication and customer service interactions
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach, influence others, and lead change
- Computer skills including Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Working knowledge of Trackwise, SAP, EDMS
- PPI - Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and creatively
