PaRR’s subscribers include law firms, financial advisors and buyside investors (usually at hedge funds), policy makers, corporates, and economic consultants.

We are looking for a qualified analyst to join our editorial team in Shanghai. PaRR offers substantial room for career development and advancement. The analyst will track, assign, and write/edit relevant news and developments in the Greater China region.

The role requires strong news writing, editing, and translation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor news outlets and regulatory websites throughout the day
• Pre-edit news translated by our freelancers in accordance to the PaRR style and file time-sensitive developments

Skills and experience:

• A high level of proficiency in English, especially strong writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in an international team
• Experience in journalism, translation, editing, and law preferred
• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
