PYP coordinator responsible for overseeing teaching matters related to employees, students, and parents.
Develop a school wide learning culture
Collaborate with the kindergarten principal to manage employees
Maintain open communication with kindergarten staff regarding courses
Communication with the team leader in charge of leading, supporting, and managing kindergarten curriculum
Ensure all relevant IB communication is shared with all employees
Ensure communication and collaboration among all employees involved in project implementation
• Hold parent information meetings
Publish articles related to the plan in a newsletter
Prepare and submit any documents required for project authorization and evaluation
Ensure compliance with all project requirements and procedures established by IB
Establishing a connection between kindergarten and IB
Communicate with the wider community through various media, including visiting schools and kindergartens
Promote international awareness throughout the kindergarten
