岗位职责:
须达到以下要求
1. 协助实行行政职务,如处理当地账单,维护并且记录费用。
2. 协助总监完成翻译相关工作事宜。
3. 能够及时按要求前往政府机关和工厂帮助完成文书工作。
4. 相关文件将其翻译成中文并且及时送到工厂。
5. 参与协助交易会与会议。
6. 线上和线下采购和价格整集
7. 与工厂进行沟通,完成客户所要求的订单, 包括提高工厂采购订单,跟进所有批准,参观工厂进行在线检查,在工厂有或没有质量检查的时候都能够进行最终检查。
8. 保持对当前行业市场趋势的了解。
9. 向供应商、分销商和制造商发出采购订单,确保准确性。通过核对规格和价格准备采购订单;获得供应商对替代产品的建议;获得申请部门的批准。通过整理和归档文件来保持信息的可访问性。
应试条件:
1. 具备高中以上学历,大专以上学历优先。
2. 具备优秀的领导组织能力,能够独立完成工作。
3. 拥有良好的口头和书面沟通能力,英语可流利交流。
4. 对于细节具备高灵敏度。
5. 熟练使用电脑和办公设备。
6. 需要至少一年工作经验,应届毕业生若已达到英语三级也可被考虑。

Responsibilities
- Prepare excel sheets and documents to support Export trade ( no previous experience required)
- Pay and file bills / invoices
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Send and Receive Couriers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, correspondence, and conducting research
- Attending trade fairs and conventions
- Sourcing and collecting bearings prices Online and offline
- Maintain current awareness of industry market trends.Ensure that orders received are accurate
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
- Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
OPTIONAL
1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role is prefered but not compulsory to apply
