Now they want to expand their activity in the Chinese market, so they are se e king for a dedicated person who, integrated in the company "Business Development Team", will be responsible for designing and defining the process of improving the supply and subsequent industrialization Of the products that the company manufactures in China (forging, stamping, machining, welding and assembly of suspension and steering parts).

Position: PURCHASE MANAGER

Job Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities：

1. To implement policies and management regulations of the company;

2. To develop purchasing plan and organize specific implementation according to specific purchasing requirements from RTS SA, Jinhua plant and OE projects;

3. To continuously develop and optimize supplier resources and realize the purchasing cost control targets;

4. Promptly push and follow the development of new projects and new products, and advance the sample approval process so as to realize batch supply as soon as possible;

5. Responsible for sign, manage and implement purchase contract/price agreement/development agreement, and make corresponding management system;

6. To develop and optimize of suppliers for raw and auxiliary materials, spare parts and outsourcing processes, especially the suppliers with high prices currently.

7. To conduct market investigation and forecast seriously, grasp the price trend of raw materials, define strategic purchasing plan and target, and reduce purchasing cost;

8. To follow up on the status of purchase orders and take appropriate measures against late or early delivery by suppliers, as well as more or less deliveries;

9. Inventory and settlement of the purchase materials, responsible for the payment papers reviews upon the arrival of the parts or materials;

10. To better control the supplier quality, constantly reduce the defective rate of material and outsourced parts, timely return of unqualified products;

11. Work together with quality and technical departments to do supplier evaluation and optimize selection, participate in the audit of quality management system of suppliers, and conduct comprehensive evaluation of suppliers monthly.

12. To define and compile supplier price comparison list and supplier cost analysis list

13. To update related documents and records according to IATF/TS requirements

14. To update IDS system data timely as required

15. To complete all other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

General requirements:

1. Good command of English, pass CET6

2. Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Materials, Mechanical Automation and other related engineering major

3. At least 6 years purchasing experience in automotive parts industry.

4. Familiar with supplier development process with independently ability in supplier development;

5. Familiar with IATF/TS16949 quality management system

6. Strong ability in cost analysis and price negotiation

7. General knowledge of ERP software

8. Knowledge of machining process and basic ability to see drawing

9. Good professional conduct, no bad habit

10.Willing to travel frequently
