1.Teach English as a foreign language to Chinese children 3-14 years of age;
2.Maintain class order for an average class size of 4-8 students;
3.Work with TAs to contribute to teaching plans according to Starbugs-defined curriculum;
4.Lesson composition;
5.Support demo classes or marketing events;
6.Frequently talk with parents and students to improve teaching quality, collect feedback and answer their question in a polite and patience manner;
7.Communication of center management, curriculum department etc. ;

Job requirements:
 - Bachelor's degree; native level speaker with at least 2-year experience
- being able to deliver learning objectives set out by the club 
 - being able to engage students while applying differentiated techniques
 - knowledge of phonics preferred; native speaker or native-level speaker
 - effective management skills
 - a team player who will proactively collaborate with team members to achieve common goals 
 - promote and live school's core values of integrity, humility and striving for perfection
