Job Description

Take charge plant facility mechnical and plumbing systems operation and maintenance

• Take charge the operation and maintenance of RBCW new plant facility mechnical and plumbing systems including chilled water system, cooling water system, hot water system,？ air conditioning system, CDA system, steam system, DI water system, wastewater treatment system, city water supply, exhaust system, fire fighting system, etc.
• Plant facility fit-out and renovation project planing and implementation, ensure commissioning and turnover plans are well delivered.
• Responsible for the trouble shooting of RBCW facility systems in case of any breakdown.
• Planing and implement installation and preventative maintenance of facility system, as well as ensure all standard operation and maintenance procedure in place.
• Take responsibility for the facility systems installation, maintenance, improvement and retrofit.
• Work together with HSE associate to keep plant environment always in safe condition.
• Train and guide the technicians to operate responsible systems and ensure the systems always working in health and high reliable condition.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor degree, major in HVAC or Plumbing relevant
• 5~10 years working experience (3+ years working experience in international company and 3+ years working experience in facility field)
• Have professional knowledge of management and maintenace of facility systems
• Have the ability of project management knowledge, Supplier management, Cross function coordination and trouble shooting
• Proficient in MS PPT, Word, Excel and CAD
