Air Products proposed small on-site concept in 2016 and built a world class PRISM® team to serve the niche market. The job holder is to join the promising team in AP and disrupt the traditional LIN supply business model to create value for customers. He/she will be the pioneer to develop the Huzhou and surrounding areas market.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following:

1) Understand the industrial gases market and major customers in Huzhou and surrounding areas.

2) Execute the disruptive business model to convert LIN customers to small on-site aggressively.

3) Build value-based relation with customers and hold them long with small on-site business.

4) Increase AP market share in Huzhou and surrounding areas.

5) Other works and projects assigned by supervisors or the company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Education

A. Bachelor’s degree or equal level education.

B. Engineering, science, business discipline preferred.

2. Work Experience

A. At least 3 years’ project or complicated equipment oriented sales experience.

B. The knowledge of industrial gases is a plus.

C. The successful experience to manage a new business is a plus.

3. Skills

A. Sales, commercial, and negotiation skills.

B. Strong communications skills, including written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) and listening and presentation abilities.

C. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and business writing.

4. Qualities

A. Strong result-oriented leader with a bias for action and ability of taking risk.
