Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle tenders and business inquiries with prompt response.
• Assist in executing internal and external corporate communications and some adhoc corporate projects
• Driving and implementing Hong Kong’s PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and media exposure
• Liase and manage external PR agency
• Implementing regional corporate news, press release, speeches, editorial write-up, press materials,etc.
• Help drafting event press releases, development
• Handle internal communications including internal announcement, and working with different units to maintain consistent corporate messages
• Crisis management by anticipating and developing communications scenarios; Lead the integrated communications plan during times of crisis
• Support production of marketing collaterals for new products and campaigns

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with 3 – 5 years’ relevant experiences in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or related disciplines
• Communication will be fluent in English and Cantonese
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skills
• Good media networks
• A quick learner with a positive can do attitude
• Strong listening, and relationship-building skills in a project-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate and interact across position levels, including executive leadership and senior management.
• Fast-paced and self-motivating working style
• Team oriented with a collaborative style
• Mature, detail-minded and good management skills
• Pleasant and able to work independently and effectively
