主要职责

? 将确定信息和关键信息转化为切实可行的行动，来扩大特斯拉品牌在该地区知名 度，并在目标消费者中加深理解
? 这些行动包括但不限于：故事营销、公开演讲机会、媒体的试乘试驾活动，以及与媒体的见面会等
? 帮助建立和维护特斯拉媒体数据库，特别是地方媒体
? 积极保持与媒体渠道之间的关系，并负责应对当地媒体的询问
? 对媒体的评论保持警惕，更正不准确信息
? 支持本地业务运营，包括但不限于与：与媒体的合作、为当地销售活动提供公关支持、为当地新店开业和其他体验店事务提供公关支持、为当地重要政府会议提供公关支持
? 支持全国性项目和活动在本地的推广，如汽车交付活动
? 与当地业务团队和公关团队合作，及时处理各类事务
? 其他职责：根据业务发展需要，完成管理层指定的其他工作

职位要求

? 具备公关活动策划和执行经验，有高科技、汽车或相关行业的经验者优先
? 能够与当地媒体建立与维护良好的关系，必须具备优秀的问题管理经验
? 熟练的中英文书面和口语交流能力
? 出色的组织能力和人际交往能力
? 在最少的管理下能自主工作与自我激励
? 工作日期和时间有高度灵活性
? 本科及以上学历

PR Manager - Shanghai

Responsibilities

? Translating defined message and key messages into actionable initiatives to broaden Tesla brand awareness in the region, and deepen understanding among targeted consumers
? Initiatives include, but not limited to, story pitching, public speaking opportunities, media test drive events, and media briefing
? Helping to build and maintain Tesla media database, particularly local media
? Actively maintaining relations with media outlets. Responding to regional media inquiries
? Being alert to media commentaries that require attention; correct inaccuracies
? Supporting local business operation including, but not limited to, media cooperation, PR support for local sales activities, PR support for local new store openings and other store happenings, PR support for important local government meetings
? Supporting national initiatives that take place locally, such as car delivery events
? Partnering with local business team and PR teams to address issues on a timely basis
? Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.

Requirements

? Proven record in PR activities planning and execution – experience in high-tech, auto, or related industries preferred
? Established local media relationship. Experience with issues management highly desired
? Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, both oral and written
? Superb organizational skills and interpersonal skills
? Self-starter and strong self-motivation, with minimal supervision required
? Highly flexible regarding work days and hours
? Bachelor’s degree or above
