工作职责：

• 开发市场营销计划，该计划包括但不限于战略，目标，预算以及策略Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics；
• 开发媒体关系战略，寻求出版物，电视节目以及在线媒体高级投放Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media；
• 发起各项公共关系活动，尤其是有创意的新闻发布会Initiate all public relations activities, especially press conferences based on creative ways；
• 引导媒体团队来吸引传统媒体以及新媒体受众Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media；
• 利用已有的媒体关系并培养行业内新的媒体关系Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media；
• 处理媒体需求以及采访请求Manage media inquiries and interview requests；
• 为新闻发布会，署名文章以及主题演讲等起草内容Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations；
• 季度性的监督，分析以及沟通公共关系数据Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis；
• 周期性的评估与合作伙伴，赞助商以及广告商的合作机会Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.；
• 与思想领导者建立联系，以进一步培养行业意识度Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness；
• 及时敏锐的了解行业趋势对客户的影响，及时建议对沟通策略进行合理调整Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them；
